Food allergy is increasing rapidly with cow’s milk allergy being the most common form of food allergy. The World Health Organisation has now identified food allergy as a pandemic in the developed world. The future looks grim due to its limited diagnostic tests, especially in regards to non-IgE food allergy where misdiagnosis is common.

This study day brings together colleagues and experts in the world of food allergy, presenting about what the future holds for us, what interventions can we do and the latest treatment options available. Guest lectures include Dr Adam Fox and Professor Gideon Lack from Europe's largest allergy service at St Thomas’ Hospital in London.
