Practical management of food allergies in children ─ In partnership with the allergy academy

A collaboration between Great Ormond Street Children Hospital and King’s College London.

A practical one day course focusing specifically at nutrition support of the allergic child. This year our annual study day will go back to the basic principles of paediatric dietetic management of food allergy. This will include the nutritional assessment of the food allergic child, nutrient deficiencies, new guidelines on hypoallergenic formulas and will provide you with practical management tips, including how to manage the impact on quality of life. We aim to provide evidence based lectures relevant for all levels of experience
