Registration cancellations will be accepted until 23 June 2011 with a refund as follows:
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked prior to 26 May - Full refund (less 10% administration fee)
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked from 26 May to 23 June - 50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked after 23 June - No refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
